Dentalink is a provider network founded on the principal that quality private dental care, freedom of choice and reasonable cost can be achieved with the right mix of dentists, patients, and insurance. Dentalink is a preferred dentist network, not an insurance company. Our focus is to supply insurers, companies and intermediaries with access to a network of high-quality dental practices with a fixed rate fee scale.

It is FREE to join the network. All that we require is that insurance patients that come to your practice through Dentalink are charged either a fixed fee scale OR 20% off your usual fees. You choose which of the two options you prefer.

We have been using Dentalink’s services since July 2014, primarily for Insurance claim administration. From the outset we found the team at Dentalink to be very proactive in offering great support guiding us through the online data entry system. Our queries were responded to in a timely manner and it was reassuring that we had one point of contact, Marilyn Norville, to offer continued support. In the early stages we had some feedback on the system and were delighted that our suggestions were considered and implemented for ease of use where practicable. Having all of our insurance administration claims on a portal has been of great benefit. As much of our business is conducted through insurance, prior to Dentalink, administering claims was a very labour intensive task where errors could occur. I found from the start using dentalink was much more efficient than the old system of calling and reading our individual treatment plans to Aviva. The staff and Marilyn where very helpful throughout the transition of changing over and they listened to our feedback and adapted to improve where they could. The system also prevents any mistakes as it automatically sets the correct limit per person and you can look through history of each claim and patient if you have any concerns. I would definitely recommend using Dentalink as it reduced time dedicated to each claim freeing up time to be spent with our patients.

Dentalink is a very user-friendly website to use. The team are very professional and friendly. They will help in talking through any additional support for the practice. As a manager who us exceptionally busy, I have found that the treatment plans are very easy to enter on dentalink and almost all of the treatments are approved same day. It is fairly easy to alter the treatment plans by using the add/delete features.
The invoicing facility is brilliant and the turnaround time for the payments is 2 weeks. Submitting invoices is a breeze and is just one click away. The invoices can be easily tracked and the web link can be accessed through my tablet or phone. The weblink saves bags of time and the hassle of dealing with paper invoices.
